Royalton New York Hotel

The highlight of my stay was definitely the fantastic bathtub in the King suite, a truly luxurious experience.

While the hotel lacks amenities and has a gloomy atmosphere, the location is excellent for theatres and shopping. The staff were polite and helpful, offering great restaurant recommendations. The room was clean and spacious, the fitness room enjoyable. Some design flaws and lack of in-room coffee, but friendly and accommodating staff overall.

The hotel of choice in New York City. Liked almost every detail, including location and staff, they were very good.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was slow, and the bed was very uncomfortable.

The hotel's location near Times Square was a nice mix of excitement and calm, with a cool, John Wick-style design and comfy beds. The staff were super accommodating, even letting us enjoy wine and pizza in the lobby. Although two elevators were out of service, and the carpet could use a refresh, it didn't overshadow the overall great experience.👌

A really nice stay overall. I enjoyed it, it' a cosy place. Very central location, exceptional staff. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Db Bistro Moderne that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Can be described as a wonderful experience, would recomand. Contemporary hotel, fairly clean, employees are outstandingly accommodating, and location is top right next to Bryant Park metro station.

Royalton's superb location in Manhattan Midtown allows for easy walking access to major attractions. the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Rooms are clean, and the showers are lovely. Free Wi-Fi in rooms is a convenient feature.

I loved the lobby bar & exceptional service. Kudos to Manager Nino for his attentive management. Room ambiance felt like a vintage ship. Minor issues with room lighting & lack of blackout blinds. a unique and enjoyable stay.

Attended a lush venue for a getaway. Shower products reminded me of a fancy spa session. Was treated to a spacious room with a cozy fireplace. The bustling cityscape outside my window was quite a sight. Had a relaxing bath time with a rainfall shower. The spot is close to iconic landmarks, which made exploration a breeze. Can't wait to sail back here for another riveting read and exquisite cocktail. Cheers!

Confusion with the other hotel on 44th. Problem solved in a whole day, tiring of negotiation and bcp of bad will on behalf of the staff of the 2 hotels. Then in the evening a receptionist and a manager solved the problem in 5 minutes with a lot of professionalism and kindness. Like what...when we want we can!

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the fact that the hotel offered a generous supply of bathing supplies in the spacious bathroom. It was a nice touch to have everything provided without having to worry about bringing my own. the room illumination was excellent, both during the day and at night.

We had an amazing experience at Royalton for my 21st birthday. the location was perfect and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They even upgraded our room and recommended a fantastic pizza place nearby. the Loft Suite was beyond our expectations, with a spacious bathroom, living room area, and a beautiful jacuzzi tub surrounded by a shiny diamond-style wall. the room was peaceful, convenient, and the bed was very comfy. We felt like royalty with the added touches of a fireplace and an extra long couch. Highly recommend Royalton to anyone looking for a special stay.

Who needs clocks or natural light? The hotel mysteriously lacks both, leaving you in a perpetual state of confusion about the time and losing all sense of day and night.

Our room was upgraded to a loft, giving us plenty of space and a huge bed and bath. The location in midtown is perfect for exploring the city. Although the lack of natural light in the room was a minor issue, we would definitely return. we recommend this hotel.
